Both discrepancies flagged here are due to the replacement of arbitrary BS4 default colors. Disabled bg color has been re-set to transparent. Text color has gone from a BS4 default to
191919bf(`color_secondary_grey` from our design tokens). Border around the active tab is nowcolor_gray_tint_5
